"Hired Mr. Appliance of Riverdale for my fifteen year old Kenmore elite washer that wasnt draining. Technician Edwin responded and explained in detail everything he was going to do from beginning to end. He quoted me for a minor repair along with the diagnostics check and was confident of what the problem was going to be. I was skeptical in hiring these companies because you dont know whose homes and is a minor repair going to be s dishonest major repair do they can rip you off. The technician and boss that I spoke to constantly reminded me that they work off word if mouth, great recommendations and from great reviews by Home Advidor where I found them. I would recommend them every time to everyone I know because of their honesty. They also honored as they specified the 10% off for law enforcement, military, fire etc. and Thanked me for my service. Mr. Appliance of Riverdale gets five stars!! Thank You!!!"

"I had a problem with my refrigerator in late October, 2019. A young man named Olaide gave me an estimate for the amount he would charge in order to visit my apartment and diagnose the problem, and how much more it would be should he be able to correct the issue. He showed up promptly at the time he said that he would come (after calling that same day to confirm our appointment), and was very courteous, friendly, and professional in his manner. He was able to tell me what was wrong and that same day, without taking too much time, he was able to fix the problem. I consider his final charge for the service very reasonable. I would recommend his work without hesitation."

Jerel arrived early after ordering in advance the part he said was needed to fix my Electrolux washing machine. He arranged for someone to help him who arrived on time, as my washer and dryer are stacked and in 30 minutes my washer which I have been without for several weeks was working again. "Raj is very professional and very meticulous about his work. He was able to replace 2 burglar bars quick release parts that were installed in 2002. This project was a big challenge for other seasoned contractors that were not even able to do the job. However, Raj knew exactly what had to be done and wasted no time doing it accurately and fast.
