"Hired Mr. Applicance via Angi to come out and look at our broken washing machine. They quickly contacted me within minutes of my Angi inquiry with some windows of availability. I set it all up over text message, which was great. They texted me with the photo and name of the service tech when he was on the way. Service tech was knowledgable and friendly. After diagnosing the problem, the service tech gave an estimate to replace the damaged console. Since the repair would cost almost as much as a new machine, we decided to replace the washer instead of repairing. We paid the very reasonable service / diagnostic fee. "Very honest. I was having a problem with the refrigerator door opening and I thought it was the seal. Dimitri came out and diagnosed the problem very quickly. It turns out it was not the seal, but the actual door. But, instead of charging me and installing the seal knowing that the problem would not be resolved he suggested that I would be better off just purchasing a refrigerator. I appreciate his honesty. He did not rip me off, but instead saved me a costly/ un-needed repair bill. I will use that money towards the purchase of the new replacement. He offered a very fair price and after agreeing, he started work immediately. Was able to quickly connect electricity for hanging pendant lights and then started on replacing garbage disposal. Purchased correct product and came back to install same day, able to complete within an hour.
