"I first met Jake when I purchased my new condo. I had asked to help me with a few remodeling projects to help make the condo more my style. He framed in mirrors for my bathrooms, he did a stack stone for my master fireplace. He hung my living room and master bedroom televisions. Lastly, I was going to purchase some closet organizers from Wayfair and have him install them for me. Instead, we decided to create a custom closet design. He had the entire closet built within 2-days. The measurements were perfect and was a far cry from anything I could have purchased. My neighbors were so impressed, they had Jake install something similar in their condo weeks later. Additionally, Jake is someone I trust in my home, he had a key to my home while I worked during the day. I never worried about having him in my home. He was always very careful with my belongings, cleaned up, and again, every project he worked on was done beautifully. I was doing a few DIYs myself, or trying to while he would be working on a project, and he was happy to walk me through some key steps of my project. I appreciated him helping teach me some things that I wanted to do myself."

"My 8 yr old GE Profile refrigerator stopped cooling. I called Alliance Appliance, talked to Bill, and made an appointment. Bill showed up promptly at the agreed time. He was quite personable, but more importantly, knowledgeable and thorough. Bill explained what he was doing and why in diagnosing the problem. Long story short: the compressor wasn't working. Bill vacuumed, cleaned and blew out the compartment and components. He replaced the inverter board, plugged it in,and the compressor kicked in right away. I also had him install a new heavy duty water line with a shutoff right behind the fridge. I'm writing this 5 hr. after he left. The compressor is running, temps continue to drop and are within a few degrees of their settings. Looking good. Price was easily fair and reasonable. I intend to call Bill for all my appliance repair needs."

"I needed a refrigerator fixed very fast and he was there shortly after I called. He was very good and knowledgeable about the refrigerator and told me exactly what to do because it was frozen so there was nothing he could do at the time. I called him the next day and he answered all our questions right away and it is now working and it was as easy as he said it would be. Very responsive and would definitely recommend and use them again."
