Would recommend and will be using them for any future appliance issues. In addition to the great service, I asked the technician if he had recommendations for someone who could fix a closet door that came off its track; instead of a recommendation, he asked if he could take a look and he had it fixed in a few minutes. "After a previous excellent experience with Appliance Rescue with a dishwasher, my clothes washer decided to take a break. I contacted Appliance Rescue again and scheduled an appointment. I'm sorry I do not remember the repairman's name, but he was very professional. He arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem (It needed a new water pump.) and fixed it quickly. He left the work site in better condition than when he arrived. As an added bonus, "the boss" was doing a ride-along that day so I got two for the price of one. The cost was very reasonable and I love working with everyone in this company. While I hope to never need their services again, I will definitely call them if I do."

"Kyle O'Donnell is most professional. He first listens to understand his client's goals and concerns, then prioritizes his tasks accordingly. He installed four kitchen appliances, but, we had to first remove the old ones, which was quite a challenge. Nevertheless, Kyle quickly accommodated me with this. We also needed additional hardware and Kyle took extra time to go to the hardware store to pick up the needed parts. Kyle then installed everything perfectly. The gas stove, two fridges with water lines, dishwasher and microwave. I had a brand new kitchen in a matter of hours, confident that everything was properly installed. Lastly, Kyle has a great personality. He is easy going and professional. I look forward to working with him on my new projects. I highly recommend him without reservation!"

"After I received quote, he increased the price by $300 because he needed to get ladders to paint a high ceiling and walls. He never got the ladders and did a very poor job of cutting in paint around ceiling. In addition, he poorly repaired several drywall areas...didn't sand them to match surround wall and didn't mop the ceiling repairs to match surrounding areas. Spilled paint on my furniture and rug. This company would be good for painting an empty apartment, but not a nice home."
