Created in 1989 by brothers Rick and Robert Garza, and later joined by Javier Lucio in 1995, RPGA has grown to a talented staff of 18 with over 150 years of combined experience. RPGA engages in a wide variety of project types including single family residential, large scale residential, multi family, commercial, civic, and medical offices. RPGA's distinct client list includes homes in elite Fort Worth neighborhoods such as Mira Vista, West Briar, Trinity Heights and Westover Hills. RPGA's work can also be seen in many of Dallas's elite neighborhoods such as Turtle Creek, State Thomas, North Oak Cliff, and East Dallas. The client list expands beyond the DFW area and includes a wide variety of other exclusive neighborhoods throughout Texas and the United States. RPGA's commercial portfolio includes mixed use developments such as Mercado Fort Worth, The Village at Colleyville, retail/office space planning at Southlake Town Square, DISD, Dallas, Irving,Fort Worth, & Southlake.

I chose to work in this industry because Very technical but an extremely creative outlet.

I love working in Texas because of the broad diversity of project types and styles within the varoius areas of different communities.

We started in this industry in 1987.

RPGA's work ranges from 400 sq. ft. residential addition to multi-million dollar commecial projects and our FEE is 10%-12% of the construction cost.

What is the screening process that Service Professionals go through in order to become members of the HomeAdvisor network?

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
