For my business, a working computer is continually necessary. Since my primary tech was not available, Angieâ  s List was used and, based upon posted ratings, ProTech PCS was selected. THAT WAS A COSTLY MISTAKE. Since an extremely high gross price was stated, I was suspicious as to Reasonableness later asking for a price breakout as to hardware, software and hours. It was eventually provided. Although he agreed being on-site about 4 hours, there were 12 hours charged. When questioned he alluded to: travel time, covid risk (pandemic was over), charge for knowledge not computer, etc, so bizarre. I asked my normal tech to comment and he indicated first â  Geez - he would have done it for à ½ the cost.

He kept me informed when he would be here. He was very knowledgeable about so a lot of problems I had as I had been scammed recently and he immediately knew who the scammers were. He continued to Finnish the work on my laptop from home. All I have to do is try to get my email back.
