"Nazario went above and beyond to fix our Maytag front load washing machine. I did not think to tell him it was a stackable washer/dryer set. When he arrived and saw the dryer on top of the washer, he didn't know how we were going to be able to access the washing machine. It was no easy task, but Nazario was able to remove the dryer and fix the washer. He REALLY went above and beyond!! and he did not charge extra for his trouble.
