"Sal took great care of us! In the middle of this pandemic one of the springs on our garage door broke. Already being highly cautious because I'm caring for my 94 year old father I was extremely hesitant to have anyone come to the house for any reason, but we needed to have this fixed. Sal reached out to me bright and early, was able to schedule a quick appointment to give me an estimate, and when he arrived he was very cautious about social distancing and wearing gloves. He quoted me a great price for the replacement of both springs (they were extremely old and I wasn't surprised that one of them had finally failed). Not only did Sal do the work on the springs, he tightened the chain, greased all of the moving parts, and adjusted the sensors to make certain it would close and open properly. When he was done he pointed out the pins that move the door along the tracks and I could clearly see how old they were and that some of them were bending due to the weight of the door. He let me know that they likely didn't need to be replaced right now (being considerate of our fixed income) but let me know we should probably do something about them in the near future. For the price he was able to quote for replacing them I decided to just do it now while he was still here. We are so happy we did!! We can totally see and hear the difference with everything Sal was able to do for us, it's almost like having a new garage door!! Thank you Sal for taking such great care of us. The next time we need anything done my dad is looking forward to being able to come out to chat and shake your hand."

"Mark was in contact within minutes of me making an inquiry and was willing to come out right away on a Sunday evening. He gave me great information about my broken springs and quoted a very fair price which was half what the company who installed the door wanted (and they weren't available for another two days anyway). I called Mark back on Monday and he came out within a couple of hours. Good communication all the way, polite, tidy, and had the job done within 30 minutes, installing better springs that the ones I had before.
