He will also provide renderings of your vision so you are able to physically SEE your ideas from your head to almost life:-).I will add, when designing, I had a vision, but no real idea of how much my vision would cost. Now the beautiful plans, are a bit costly to build. I will suggest developing your plans with the potential GC and architect at the same time if you value adhering to a build-out budget.
