"I've had 5 techs to my home and it was always a quick fix, just enough to get the TV going, until the next power outage or hitting the wrong button on the remote. This tech figured it out in minutes, pulled several gables, rerouted them, problem fixed. Oh, he said he could come out in a few days, I explained my wife is wheel chair bond and the TV and books are her entertainment, well he came in one hour and did the job on his way to his next appointment. You don't run into people like him every day"
