    Comment: Dell Inspirion 3650 with ViewSonic monitor running Windows 10, with Microsoft Office also installed. A few days ago the screen went black and a series of white dots, rotating clockwise appeared. Nothing could be done to move out of the black screen except to hold the PC power button down and force a shutdown.
