"This is a Father and Son business who did an excellent job. They responded quickly to our inquiry. came and did an estimate, and did a great job on a set of very heavy doors. They removed the trim, replaced the wood behind the hinges and reinstalled the hinges using heavy duty screws. They also caulked and painted several places on the doors. It took 8 man hours to do the work and the charge was much less than I expected. I highly recommend RC Windows and Doors Service."

"The entire experience was fantastic. The owner came out to do the job himself, due to it was a Saturday and his crew had the weekend off. He did an excellent job, he even told me about a couple of windows that had a bad seal and would require replacement for better appearance and more energy efficiency . I also had a gutter down spout that needed a longer end on it to push rain water away from the home. He took time out of his Saturday to go to Home Depot to get the part and installed it for me ... "They fixed the overhang on our front porch and the posts to hold it. We got soffit and fascia put on to match as the old was getting bad. We had 2 new windows put in our family room and a new storm door and inside door to replace one that had been in the house for over 60 yrs. and did not latch properly. They did excellent work. The only problem was some of the debris left in our backyard. Our two dogs would pick it up and try to chew it or bring it in the house to eat. That would be something to keep in mind for future customers with pets. Other than that, excellent work all around."

The bathroom floor looks awesome. he also installed new toilet. Due to the excellent workmanship and professionalism we added projects. Carlos replaced our water heater and 2 a/c units. Carlos responded back to my search for a handyman within hours and gave me and estimate that same day. I will hire them again and highly recommend."

Peter was the only contractor of five that I enlisted with Service Magic that said I should have a permit for my windows from the city of Arvada. All the others said it was not necessary. Peter mentioned the cost was minimal to do this, but it gave me an extra layer of security that they did the project right. Anymore, if you don't pull a city municipality permit for your project it could come back later as a nightmare when you go to sell the home. The new buyers will require that you document this. D.
