The purpose of me mentioning this is because it was addressed by Window Concepts Immediately and although we had to wait a couple of weeks for a proper replacement, it was taken care of. But, who doesn't close and lock their windows when they leave the house? It was not an inconvenience , and it was taken care of as a priority.
