"For almost 3 years now I have been caretaking for an elderly neighbor. He is a Navy veteran with no kids or family near by. In the three years Iâ ve known him: heâ s never had a visitor other than my husband and myself. His living situation was deplorable and piece by piece weâ ve helped him create a home that is livable. My husband and I were finally able to get pregnant and it had been a few months since we had seen our neighbor due to end of pregnancy complications and a stay in the ICU postpartum. When we finally went over to check in, his ceiling had a mold spot that was decaying to the point of seeing a hole where spores were pouring into his house from. I got a message and a call back the next day and they were already ready to come out, evaluate, put a protective barrier up so that the mold would no longer be pouring out of the hole, managed insurance, and worked with our neighbor and myself to come in and do the work without disturbing his nocturnal sleep schedule. Did I mention this was all just before and just after Christmas and New Years? Caretaking for the elderly is stressful and being a first time mom recovering from serious pregnancy and postpartum complications is stressful, all on top of taking care of my newborn, but Restoration 1 made the process of mold removal easy. They explained the whole process to myself and my neighbor, found companion companies to work with for the other work that needed to be done (put back and carpeting) and found people who made sure to work with my neighborâ s insurance so he didnâ t have to pay a single cent out of pocket. I personally strive to only hire veterans as a military kid myself and this company is exactly why. They dedicate their lives to other people whether that is on the front line overseas or saving lives one job at a time on the home front. David who did the repair had excellent customer service and explained everything that he did. My only complaint is we paid our deposit in July and the work wasn t completed until October. They marked the bottom of my house with red dots about 2 inches in diameter showing where the work needed to be done. Other than that we were happy."

"We had a water heater leak that leaked from the upstairs on to the downstairs. All Dry came and dried everything upstairs and downstairs. This was in a rental property and they worked very well with my tenants. Always kind and professional. They also took good care of my property. We did have to remove some dry wall because of how wet it was, but they were able to effectively dry and save my carpet.
