I have used AAA Furnace in the past and they are an excellent company.I have spoke with receptionists there about scheduling or billing details and they are very pleasant to deal with. I have never had a complaint about dealing with anyone in the office who answers the phone. I have met probably about 5 of the employees who do the services for furnace and cooler. Everyone of them have been full of knowledge. They explain the service in clear detail and give any tips that pertain to your service. I have nothing but good things to say about AAA Furnace and I will continue to use them They have provided me with services for about the last 8 years and I have really never seen an increase in price. Called for an estimate and estimator came out. He promised bid the next day by email, Nothing, then he called 2 days later saying he was swamped but would get it to me by Friday at the latest. One week later I have not received bid and when I called company to talk to owner receptionist stated owner rarely there so she could not promise a return call. Very disappointingshow more

I live in a modular home and I needed to get air conditioning installed so I called AAA Furnace. They came with a new air conditioner and had it installed into my home. These men were fast and very efficient, as they were in and out in a day. They had a lot of work to do and even installed a new thermostat for us. We had the swamp cooler taken out and they forgot to tell us that we needed the sheet rock filled in but they did cover it for us. They did a good job but I thought the price was a little highshow more

Very well. Even though they were swamped in the middle of cooling season they fit us into their schedule with only a couple weeks notice. It was the first install they've done in our complex so there was some extra work they had to do but they stuck with their quoted price. They did a great job and we are really happy. I had many quotes, 6 to be exact. 4 were in the same range as James (give or take $500) although his was the lowest of those, 1 from the other big names on yelp/angieslist was $3300 more, and lastly 1K less from a guy working outside his lic/bonded company he works for. I was leaning towards one in the middle of the pack before James came to have a look. I changed my mind from some of his suggestions. There is work in the future I might do so asked all for best ideas for placing ducts and return air. No one came up with his suggestions and he also explained why I would not be happy with what everyone else was suggesting (wall was too thin to put a return there he said I would not be happy because it will whistle). Everyone else was like 'sure whatever you want', but James said - 'this is what i would do..'... Bottom line, He just seemed a little bit more knowledgeable then the other guys. They were pretty swamped so quote was a little late-ish but there was a two day window they could get it done before being booked solid for a while. Everyone else said a week of work but the Ocean Air crew got it done in two days flat, Thursday and 6pm Friday it was done. Punctual, cleaned up pretty good and actually ended up looking better than I expected. We had a warm spell so only has turned on twice or so but works greatshow more
