    "This company rebuilt a badly deteriorated cement-block retaining wall which supports my elevated driveway, repaired numerous concrete sidewalk cracks and a crumbling step, replaced an ugly, old, insecure chain-link gate with a beautiful steel door, and installed attractive brick borders around a couple of small garden spaces (after also cleaning up those weedy spaces).     "The guys from Pronto went above and beyond! They replaced window sills and part of our door frame which were suffering from wood rot - some of which required more extensive work than we thought. They stood by their advance quote for labor costs and only added the actual cost of supplies as they told us up front. They arrived when they said they would and put in 2 FULL days' work. Workers Hector, Juan and a third who's name I didn't get - were extremely courteous and friendly and the quality of their work was great. I am recommending their services to my boss.     "We had our shutters reinstalled. The crew did an excellent job. Even though we had a problem on install day due to my giving the wrong shutter to my neighbor up the street who also had lost a shutter on that day. I was unable to retrieve the shutter for them on the day, as my neighbor was out. No problem. They removed all the shutters, and a couple of days later they reinstalled. It all turned out great in the end. Thanks"
