He already had the part needed to get our compressor going again, and now our older refrigerator is good for a few more years! "Successfully repaired a Whirlpool upright freezer that was not freezing. Ace Appliance Pro called in less than an hour after I registered with Angi, and was at our house less than half an hour later to figure out what was wrong with our six-year-old freezer. I was prepared to buy a new one (which would fit better into our kitchen), but our "Pro" advised me that for less than half the cost of a new freezer, this one would last another five to eight years. And in less than an hour he replaced the whatchamacallit and fix the frizamabob (those are the technical terms), and our ice cream will remain solid. And he was nice to have around and did not mind us watching what he did and asking questions. Definitely will call Ace when the next appliance goes on the fritz. UPDATE: The repair threw the circuit breaker for our freezer and refrigerator. I called Moe and he was at our house within 20 minutes. He checked everything and concluded that it was the new part that was causing the problem -- and that many more repairs would be needed to make the freezer work. He gave us back our check, and told us we'd be better off buying a new freezer. While I wished we had not had the freezer go out (making peach cobbler now with the defrosted peaches, which thankfully were the only things we lost), I respected Ace's commitment to doing the right thing. I'd use him again, comfortably."

"Khan arrived within 30 mins of my initial call to ask about scheduling a repair. My issue wasn't an emergency or anything, he was just that fast. When he arrived he already knew exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator based on my explanation over the phone. I asked if he'd also look at my dishwasher, which had a minor issue with the door. 30 mins later both the fridge and the dishwasher were fixed, the kitchen was clean, and Khan was making a friendly farewell. Throughout service he was very communicative, explaining exactly what was wrong and showing me the broken pieces and what had caused the issue I experienced. He offered a 90-day warranty on the repair, and the price seemed very reasonable considering the speed and professionalism of the service. I would absolutely call Khan again."

"I had a complicated request -- Installing a ventless washer/dryer that required plumbing/electrical and drywall work. AJ was the only company to contact me from HomeAdvisor.. I had talked to four other companies outside HomeAdvisor, and it was difficult to find someone with expertise to do this. When AJ came, he quickly assessed what needed to be done, gave me a reasonable price for the work and completed it in a timely manner. He even took the large box that the appliance came with, so I did not have to dispose of it myself, a surprise, as we had not discussed that. The price he quoted was the price he charged. I highly recommend this company and already have other jobs planned for him."
