And no condenser or evaporator units leaks found. He also checked a second Heat Pump/AC unit and found no problems. Bottom line.   We highly recommend SOD Home Group for any large construction project. After finishing my excellent research about them, we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our home. Oren was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to our concerns and ideas of what we need and want and then came up with a super detailed plan of what needed to be done. We found Oren as a very honest, professional, easy to work with person, competent, and extremely knowledgeable about his trades. Oren was present and working with his teams almost all the time they were present. Oren always answered his phone right away whenever we had questions (and believe us we had so many questions and comments). Our repairs and construction job required expertise in many aspects of construction at our home. From framing, waterproofing, stucco, structural repairs, tile work, drywall painting etc. all of which got done in a great and timely manner.   comfort energy (CE) was professional from get go. Perfect interface polite and swift. 3 hrs appointment window. 30 minutes before arrival, got a text with the picture of the technician so I knew him by sight, then he arrived, masked up and wearing booties. Checked out the furnace, figured out what was wrong and changed a component, tested everything. Less than an hour and he was off. Relief at last. He could have easily dropped us in it by pushing us to replace the whole thing, inflicting a huge cost and un-necessary staring on our budget. They are my goto people here onwards read less

  This is the second time we hire Everlast Construction, this time it was much bigger project last time we just moved in couple years ago we did basic remodeling and some cosmetics. This time we expand the home did really complicated remodeling in 2 phases. Our PM was Ariel he was the once who managed the first project, this time when we called we ask for Ariel and they told us he don't really does that anymore, when we contact him directly he was immediately told us he will be the one who will manage it for us. We would hire them anyways but we already know Ariel he know us it feels so right that he just jumped in we didn't even ask him to do it for us.   As remodels go, there are always issues only exacerbated by covid. The team reworked the schedule at extra hassle to the workers when the tub arrived cracked and introduced 2+ week delay. They sought feedback and quickly course corrected when we were not aligned. They seamlessly absorbed change orders like AC installation in tight spaces. The chandelier was perfect for the space addressing multiple design challenges...and i understood that they had to build a platform as my ceiling height wasn’t accessible with all ladders. The overall design was elegant and addressed numerous challenges (kitchen is really a study in small spaces...it feels so much open than before without moving a single wall). The quality of the finished product is really remarkable. When i was burglarized (broked into lockbox), they immediately arranged for locksmith to help resecure my home. Due to unforeseen delays and change orders the work took 3.5 months vs our original estimate. They made sure every item on my punchlist was addressed and with quality.   The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical).
