He took on the challenge, demonstrating just how much knowledge and understanding he has about how locks work. This guy really knows locks! During his visit, he took time to ask us how we were going to be using the different doors/locks and then helped us figure out the best options for setting everything up. While he was there, he did not push unnecessary upgrades. He gave some instructions on how we could address some issues ourselves. We originally reached out over a weekend and he got back to us promptly, scheduled an appointment much sooner than we thought would be possible, then followed up about the work ahead of time to make sure he would have everything he would need for the appointment- which he arrived on-time for. He has a pretty impressive mobile shop that allows him to do much of the work onsite. All in all we would not hesitate recommending him to anyone

- Wise BuildersI met with Nathan. He was assigned to be our project manger. We chose him because he was helpful and was able to guide us in the direction we wanted. He was not pushy like all the other contractors that came over. He took the time to listen to what we wanted. He also gave us a lot of recommendations of where to go for tile, countertops, cabinets etc... As well as many design ideas. Nathan really has a lot of patience & experience, I have noticed he will always be of help when it comes to questions and guidance. He provided us with shopping list items and quantities. Everything was organized that way the shopping for the project materials was done easily and on time. We finished the shopping Phase and nathan was quick to schedule the crew to begin the demolition. My kitchen and master bathroom were both done simultaneously so there was a good amount of Construction done at the house. But, the crew was nice, friendly and surprisingly clean (for a construction project). The guys are highly professional and the quality shows! I am definitely a happy customer and wise builders was really able to make my experience doing remodeling in my home a good one! Definitely will be using them for some more work in my house in the future

They patiently spent time trying to get the locking mechanism "unlocked" instead of breaking the lock. They finally managed to unlock it without any damage to the Schlage Lever Handle Keyed Entry Door Knob. Both of them were thorough and very courteous. And above all, they priced the job very reasonably. I would reach out to them again in a heartbeat

In addition to repairing the cylinder not working, he lubricated and checked/lubricated 2 other door locks. He found missing screws in door hinges, and as a courtesy, just put those in, as well as adjusting some pieces that were not done correctly. He clearly knew his stuff, and in addition, was just a pleasure to work with. Price was very reasonable, and would highly recommend him

"As far as alarm service they seemed to be okay. The day we set up the alarm the police came twice because they had not cancelled the service when the previous owners moved, but the alarm worked and the police came quickly. The product worked as it should. The biggest problem I have was that when we signed up we were very clear that we only intended to live in RI for 2 years. However, when I went to cancel the contract was surpised to find out that we had been signed up for a 3 year contract. My fault for not reading the fine print and for trusting the sales person, but very disappointed to be taken advantage of and having to pay 75% of the remainder of the contract. Was also told by the person in accounting that he was on our side and would do everything in his power to keep us from having to pay that total and then never heard from him again. Good product, but beware the sale pitch and customer service.
