Our brilliant Carpet fitter, Patrick, was professional and helpful at all stages. He got us out of an awful situation with Carpetright who had let us down over dates. He did a great job very quickly for a very reasonable rate. Excellent communication throughout.

You need to check your builders background, whether they hold certificates to support their skills etc.
The builder I hired from your sight did not have certificate, experience or vision for the job, damaged my house abdthe material I bought ie vanity units, toilet seats, bidet etc.
And ran away half way :(

Very pleased with Ren the Plumber and would recommend to anyone.
Response to replace our worn out shower enclosure plus two taps was exceptionally quick and was viewed by Ren the same day. Price and start date were agreed on a supply and fit basis. All the work was completed to a high standard within a week of initial contact. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Absolutely rubbish platform. Used their services for about 1 year. Leads are doubled to make feel there are lots of jobs in the area. Some leads are not genuine meaning that the customers are actually jut after a general enquirie or are intending to do the job themselves. Avoid at any cost to use this service.

The 2 trades people we invited to quote for us were both excellent.
Using the MyBuilder app gave us confidence in the trades people even before we meet them. The app gives you access to a potential trades person profile, you can view their portfolio of completed work and read reviews and comments from previous customers.
We highly recommend the MyBuilder app, makes things so simple.

I have used My Builder twice in last 2 weeks once for a Gas fitter, and once for a plasterer for both off them I received quotes and work was carried out within couple days both done to a very high standard. They were Gas Mark and AW Plastering would definitely use again and would recommend

Our heating engineer decided to move away with out informing his customers.
We found a new one through my builder.
Proved excellent.
Fitted new cooker and we then had him to service our Gas Boiler.
Have booked for the next annual service.

My builder.com is a good place to find excellent and different people that can fix electrical, plumbing and all kinds of issues in the home. I didn't know anyone that could do the job where I live and I used mybuilder.com as recommended. I got someone who fixed the plumbing and was affordable, timely with an excellent customer service.

I have just had a very large wall and some steps repointed at my Victorian house in Leamington Spa by Jack Davin from Coventry. He and co-worker Dan did an exceptional job using lime based mortar, which apparently should be used in old buildings. Jack was extremely knowledgeable about this and even chose the correct colour mortar for the wall and also the right colour bricks for those he had to replace. It now looks superb and my neighbours are very pleased too! I can thoroughly recommend these really nice guys who also cleaned everything up before they left and Jack was contactable throughout.

My Builder made it easy to find a tradesman.
I was looking for a company to fit a log burner. Specialist fitters we’re twice as expensive, as a ‘regular’ builder. Taking advantage of this ( not) specialist niche area, and with long lead ins.
So glad I found My Builder

Posted another job and had 5 offers. Only wanted 2 quotes. One tradesperson was properly interested, quoted and got job. The other trade person who were a bigger firm didn't even bother sending a quote. It's a shame feedback can't be left for the cowboys who mess you about and which knocks on as you delay giving the work to those who do bother.
Not sure will use site again as first posting didn't go well either.
Wake up my builder and get the feedback that matters. Not hide behind lame excuses to make yourselves look better

Dont use Mybuilder, i am a tradesman, Mybuilder scams us with fake jobs to take the money, the numbers are fake, they don’t work or no one answers. They made me a bill of £600, anyone knows where to complain?

If you want ANYTHING doing in the house or garden, get on the mybuilder.com website. You just write a brief description of the job you want doing and professional people/companies get back to you. Fantastic way to choose who you'd like to have your work done by with many options. Not had a failure yet!

I have found MyBuilder excellent and have managed to get completed from 2 contractors in the last month a carpentry job and painting completed. Both jobs received interest from a number of contractors, all responded quickly and a fair price was achieved for both jobs.
The process was so much easier than using other well known sites and having the customer feedback to help select was very helpful. Will continue to use MyBuilder going forward- wish I had known about your service before- thank you

I am very pleased with the service provided. Being a first user of this site, I was amazed at how quick a number of potential contractors had responded to my request for help. In short order, and days later, I soon had the problem fixed, albeit my issue was only minor. I'm liking this service. Will use very much again!

Website and set up is good. The plasterer I was communicating with, pmcc was not so good, seems like he just didn’t want to come and inspect the ceiling for the job and kept asking me to provide photos, videos etc. Eventually it fizzled out and he didn’t bother contacting me. Pretty unimpressive to be honest and from that one and first time experience I won’t be using mybuilder as you are only as good as the people doing the work. In this case, not good.

Started using my builder app few months ago, i have to say most jobs advertised is a joke, i’ve shown interest on a job aswell as 4 otherbuilders gave my price for the jobs paid for the lead, 2 days later that advertising is gone and same job appears under different nickname, without me knowing is the same person? I bid on it again again i het shortlisted as soon as customers phone number shows up? I recognize is the same person advertising for the same job. The app doesn’t allow you to report the customer, so they keep doing it over and over again while builders like myself keep paying for exact same leads at least 2/3 times. The customer service in by builderApp don’t like complains therefore you get absolutely nowhere, after all they get paid for every lead regardless how many times comes up in app. You do get honest customers at times but chances are you most likely to win the lottery ticket then getting a job. For this reason i won’t close the app but definitely will not be bidding nowhere near as much as i did, using fb now and works much better for me 👍

Used '1st Class Waste Disposal' and was very impressed at the service I received to take away a load of Asbestos Tiles. Would definitely use them again.

I had a wall papered by Kevin Collins on Monday & a Tuesday 20 & 21 February 2023. He worked very fast, was immaculately clean & tidy.
I would totally recommend him & his work. He’s honest, hard working, reliable & his standard of work is 100%
