"Richard Eppers, the Owner and President of Guardian was actually the technician who serviced my air conditioning unit. He took time to explain how he was going to proceed, and as a senior sheltered during the pandemic, was relieved when he did not enter my home before putting on his mask and covering for his shoes. He found and fixed the problem in a relatively short amount of time, and offered advice on temperature control and future maintenance. Richard was very courteous with being phony, showed genuine concern and was totally professional throughout. In the end we discussed a maintenance agreement, which I decided was the appropriate route to avoid any future "surprises". The agreement was reasonable and I strongly feel, that though had no previous knowledge of this company, based on the Owner, that future technicians will just as professional and knowledgeable. I could not have expected in customer service, from my first call in and expeditious scheduling and followup by the office staff, to the completion of the call by Richard, I would highly recommend Guardian in a heartbeat!. "I needed to have incorrectly run legacy plumbing removed and reinstalled properly, including running a vent through the wall and penetrating the roof. Shortly after speaking with Aquilera, they inspected the job site and told me what needed to be done and gave me a price quote (a fair price). Because it was the end of the day, they told me they wouldn't be able to pick up parts until the following morning. Although the next day was 4th of July, they still picked up the parts and completed the job by noon, at no additional charge for working on the holiday. Very professional from start to finish!"

Two of the companies tried to sell me something I did not want and became disgruntled when I would not sign paperwork to start work. Except Rob B. with Bath Planet. He sat and listened and gave us a lot of choices to pick from instead of just white or beige. He made us laugh and we all felt very comfortable when we were finished. I told him I wanted to think about the price and would let him know He left with a smile on his face and a thank you for taking the time to talk with him. The prices were in line with the other companies I had talked to but Rob made the sale in fact I had them redo the shower in the main bathroom also. The installation crew was fantastic, courteous, and clean. Gary even took the time to call on Friday night to cancel his time on Monday due to illness. OMG. I have never had any installation crew keep me so up to date. He was fantastic. My 2 showers are amazing. They have great workmanship and they are everything I had hoped they would be. This includes my frame-less glass shower wall in the main bathroom. It is beautiful. Thank you to everyone that was part of the team. You were all great and did a great job cleaning up afterwards."
