I live in an older home and the way in which the toilet had been seated was very poorly done. Tim from Kobella talked with me about the problems and the price to fix it properly. I do have to say the first price quoted gave me a bit of sticker shock. However I knew it was necessary and Tim seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us get the new heater and parts, removed an old broken valve from the line, rerouted the line to use the space more efficiently, replaced some copper pipe with flexible lines to make the next installation easier, and hauled away the old heater. All without any high-pressure sales tactics like we got from the first company. We are very happy with the results. Highly recommended."
