"Technician called 30 mins before he arrived and was on time. He quickly replaced both springs in our garage door and the door opened and closed perfectly afterwards. He gave me some helpful info about the door, opener, and size of the springs. He said the springs he used as replacements were exactly the same size as the ones he replaced. The price I paid included a 5 year warranty, and he said don't hesitate to call if we have any problems, he'll come out and fix them for free. Highly recommended!
