Work proceeds steadily, and the project is to be completed a month ahead of schedule. Everyone shows up on time and works consistently. Iâ ve never had to worry about when someone would be back or when work would continue. Everyone has been friendly and professional, and I have never seen a cleaner work site! Patrick suggested several changes along the way, all of which have added to the comfort and attractiveness of the addition He also has taken into consideration things neither I nor the architect anticipated, such as the drainage around the house. He has given extra time, thought and attention to correcting those existing drainage issues. Patrick has worked very well with the architect and has been calm and creative in addressing challenges presented by incorporating the architectâ s plan into my existing home. I feel certain many builders would not have taken time to do the extra work required. After hearing so many horror stories from friends, in the news, and even from my architect -- to say nothing of â Holmes on Homesâ -- I was very anxious about undertaking the project. Armstrong Garage Doors came and totally replaced my garage door and opener. The new door is better insulated and does not make as much noise as my old one. Very pleased and would use them again.
