I chose Thaen because he seemed very knowledgeable of what was causing the problem and his prices were less than what I expected. Thaen and his wife came in and did an awesome job with the work that I had to get done. They kept me informed with every step. Him and his wife are so nice and very professional and they did a great job fixing my tub and preparing the damage from the leaks."

"Our heat pump died on 7/18/16 (in the middle of a drastic Heat Wave). I put in a request at Home Advisor on Monday evening. They contacted me within minutes of my request and were able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning. The owner (yes, the owner) came to my house the next morning to give me the estimate on having my Heat Pump repaired. Unfortunately, the old system was too far gone to be worth fixing, so we arranged to have a new Heat Pump installed. They scheduled our installation for Thursday and once again, the owner (yes the owner) was onsite to supervise the installation. Their price was very fair and they even made a repair to my duct work at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Kelly H&C to anyone who needs HVAC repair or replacement."
