"First time hiring A/C service, and chose All Mechanical because they were flexible with our schedule, local, and a family business. Hector showed up exactly on time, even though we were running slightly behind. From start to finish, he was friendly, informative, helpful, and thorough. We originally called to diagnose some leaking around one of our vents and for A/C maintenance. Turns out, the water wasn't coming from the duct or vent at all, but a cracked CPVC joint right above the duct. Hector went above and beyond explaining exactly what was needed to fix the issue before we even got to the maintenance. And when it came to tuning up our system, I give no less than five stars there either. Hector walked us through every step of his 12-point inspection and maintenance, explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what it would do for our system. We got the rundown on their recommended maintenance schedule and I was so impressed, I asked to be added to their rotation. Impeccable service and couldn't be better timed going into the summer months. Definitely know who to call for our future A/C needs."

"I am so impressed by Dan! He has the highest level of integrity you can find. He looked at our unit and called Goodman tech support. The repair was going to be $1900 based on the repair tech support said we needed and we would have to wait 5 days for parts! Dan called me the next morning and told me he wasn’t happy with that and what tech support said wasn’t sitting right with him. He came over and tested a few more things, got a new tech support person and was able to get parts and have it up and running within a couple hours. The repair it needed was less than $800! "This was an emergency repair, and Bob was able to fit me in the same day. He had the AC up and running within a few hours of our initial call. He was very courteous and professional and explained what was needed. The actual repair turned out to be less expensive than what I was expecting; and since I had actually told Bob what I thought the problem was, he could have easily agreed and over-charged me but he did not.
