"So we hired these guys to add a sediment trap to our water heater in the attic as part of the repairs we agreed to when we sold our home. Our closing date is in a week. When they arrived 2 men were doing the job and one was a trainee. Long story sort the trainee fell through our ceiling in our master bedroom and it was a great frustration to say the least. However, the owner of the company Harold, really helped us out and went the extra mile for us. He and his team found a great group of contractors to come and repair our ceiling in a matter of hours and didn't charge us at all for any of the work! Incredible !! He even personally came to our house to oversee the work and make sure it was done right. I couldn't recommend a better company. This was the second time I've used them and seeing as how they handled what happened, they were very professional and I will keep using them and referring people to them!
