"These guys were GREAT! They are brothers and work well together. Eli responded to our cry for help (40° indoors!!) within an hour of our selecting 3 companies to give us quotes on an Energy Star furnace installation. They could come the next day but we waited to get the other 2 quotes...only one of which replied with a appointment for 5 days later (BRR), with almost the identical quote. What was really helpful was the brothers noticed that the date on our water heater indicated it was 22 years old! Life expectancy is 13-15 years so a flood was imminent. Also they showed us the condition of the ducting when they removed the old furnace. The panel was rusted through in parts and when they checked the ducting in our crawl space, they took photos of the condition. It was clear that we were heating the outside through the many placed where the ducting had rusted through after being used for a year short of 50 years. We had no idea! Though the cost of the duct work we hadn't anticipated, ll the work the brothers did has made things better for the environment and will save us money in the long-run. Despite him being at the house for > 45 min-1hr he did not charge us anything since he was unable to help resolve the issue. Before that he also tried helping me with a quick fix over video call (free of charge), but because there were major problems with Furnace we ended up replacing the entire unit Serge arranged the new unit on the same day and worked through the evening with his crew to get it going. This was the night before winter storm kicked in - so saved us some chilly nights. He provided me a very competitive price. Also provided me 3 years of Labor warranty. "Both Marcus and Patrick who did the work were extremely courteous and interested in helping me solve an ongoing problem with my wall heaters. As it turned out they were incorrectly wired and was burning out the wires. Patrick solved the problem and quickly installed two new heaters and thermostat for a reasonable price. Our furnace blower went out and it was either no heat or a terrible burning smell which set our smoke detectors off. "Jeff is amazing, transparent, thorough, and polite. Would 100% recommend him without hesitation. We had a different HVAC company out for the same issue. Their technician was here for ~4 hours, had little experience with boilers, and walked away quoting us $800 (in addition to the $150 it costs for the diagnostic) to replace a part he was "fairly certain" was the problem.
