"Scott responded quickly and was able to make it right out to fix my AC the same day. I had a refrigerant leak outside on the pipe going into the unit that sits on the ground next to the house. He identified the problem, fixed it, pressure tested, and refilled the system and charged a fair price for the labor and refrigerant. 2 weeks later it is still working and seems to be ready for the summer."

Our recent problem involved our AC going out in the middle of July. Jeremy was here same day and diagnosed the issue quickly. We needed a part that was out of stock at the nearest supply houses. Jeremy went above and beyond, he called and drove too many suppliers until he found the part we needed. He was determined to get our AC fixed and refused to give up. "Hands down the best price out of 6 different contractor quotes. The customer service was exceptional. The owner Bill Worlock came out provided four different solutions/quotes. The crew showed up in the morning to disconnect the old unit, The crane showed up about an hour later. They installed the new unit and they were complete in about 3 1/2 hours, start to finish. It was a great experience."
