"Hired Handy Andy's to install a new packaged heat pump on my roof and a new water heater. From the drawing up of the contract to the final installation every detail was done professionally. He recommended a Bosch inverter heat pump among his offerings and I'm glad he did. Andy himself performed the work and he is a true expert. His attention to detail and wanting to do the right thing is evident in his work. I wanted a quiet unit on the roof so he offered to install padding underneath the Bosch unit and a ductwork flex connector to eliminate any possible vibrations and noise in the house. He cleaned up after himself and made sure I was 100 per cent happy before he left. It is unbelievable how quiet my new heat pump is vs the Trane he replaced. Same with the water heater.
