We changed the outside from the Spanish style entry to a more contemporary look. Brent and his crew made it absolutely the easiest remodel job I have ever done. The workmanship was great and the project was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Tarpon Bay for any remodeling you have to do. Brent kept us updated on the project and sent pictures for all the steps along the way. He offered suggestions and gave us his honest opinion on our choices. In fact he almost insisted we take the laundry out of the garage and put it in the house. It turned out to be a great choice, especially in these hot summer months. I used a home remodel loan and Brent filled out all the necessary paperwork. Brent created our dream home for us."

Brian insists that work begin only after all the materials are on site, so the renovations went much faster and smoother than I've experienced in the past. He also put a commercial HEPA filter in the room where the demolition was done to limit the dust and mess in the air and hired a cleaning crew to clean the room when they were finished! Rob K and all the other workmen that worked on the project were kind, helpful (and clean!) and demonstrated a high level of talent in their particular field of expertise. "My husband and I wanted to replace an old awning in our lanai. In order to do it correctly, parts of the pool enclosure would have to be altered. It was a big job and we called quite a few contractors for estimates. All of the contractors that came to our house said they could do the job and would get back to us with a price.
