It started with the president of the company calling to see if everything was starting on schedule and to our satisfaction. During the work, there were some problems, but they handled every single issue promptly, professionally, and to our total satisfaction. The materials and their choices were outstanding. The early change to a new project manager, Alex, had a few bumps, but Alex worked hard to make sure that the initial bumps were overcome, and we were informed and the project was moving along the lines we had originally planned under his expert supervision.
