"I worked with Brandon from Greene Development. Him and his staff selectively repaired and replaced 75% of my soffits and fascia - leaving up areas that were in good shape and replacing what was water damaged. This approach help keep costs down, and was exactly what I wanted. Other contractors tried to upsell to include other more expensive work that I knew didn't need to be done. I was grateful to find Brandon who was honest and great to work with. Greene Development provided clear communication over the course f the job - so we were always on the same page on what needed to be done and the scope of work. Would highly recommend!"

"There was major water damage around a big arched window in front of my house. I didn't know how extensive the repairs would be. Scott Creamer explained each step when he gave an estimate. Work on the exterior found that bare wood was under the siding. Flashing and industrial plastic sheeting were installed and the siding replaced in half a day. On the inside the damaged sheetrock and plaster around the window was removed. Metal strips were placed inside. Paint was matched to existing and the entire wall was painted. I am thrilled with the result! I enjoyed dealing with Scott Creamer in the planning. Johnny is the construction expert who did the actual repairs. He is a perfectionist! I will be recommending Myers Restoration Group to everyone. Thank you for restoring my faith in local businesses."
