"I had a problem with my refrigerator in late October, 2019. A young man named Olaide gave me an estimate for the amount he would charge in order to visit my apartment and diagnose the problem, and how much more it would be should he be able to correct the issue. He showed up promptly at the time he said that he would come (after calling that same day to confirm our appointment), and was very courteous, friendly, and professional in his manner. He was able to tell me what was wrong and that same day, without taking too much time, he was able to fix the problem. I consider his final charge for the service very reasonable. I would recommend his work without hesitation."

"He came in on time. He called me before he showed up and was prepared with the tools he needed. He was like the refrigerator doctor and was asking intelligent questions like a physician. Then he fixed it and asked me to keep an eye on the temperature and had me call back in 4 days to follow up with me. I called and said it wasn't cold enough and he came back and did some stuff with the coils and now it is working properly. There was no stress for me at all he was very knowledgeable. My concern was with the medicine I have to keep in my refrigerator at the right temp and he took care of me completely."
