"My wife and I decided it was time to xeriscape our front yard and we wanted to do it ourselves. The first thing we needed to do is have our beautiful lawn of 45 years removed. It was hard to say goodbye to an old friend but it was time. So, enter Miguel and crew with Summit Landscaping to do this back breaking job. They removed 1,201 sq ft of grass, cleaned up the area, and were finished and on their way in 4 hours. Now we can start transforming our front yard into a beautifully low to no water landscaped area. "Fernando was great to work with. I reached out to get a quote and he came out the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. I ended up waiting a couple of months to get the work done and he remembered everything about our discussion and put me on the schedule for 3 days later. He showed up when he said he would and finished the work in a single day even though it was initially scheduled as a 2-day job. The crew was great and very respectful of our home. I would absolutely recommend Bellavista and will use them again when I get around to the next project of replacing and adding to our existing driveway."
