Every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. with a guest Seabee to read to everyone! Storytime is designed for our youngest audience ages 3 to 8, but all ages are welcome. Programs include reading one book and STEM room fun.

Junior Seabee Activity - Steelworker (SW)

"Weld" with chocolate and learn welding techniques from a Steelworker (SW). On the Second Saturday of every month, the U.S. Navy Seabee Museum will host our Junior Seabee program, designed for children ages 5-12. Each month we will explore one of the seven Seabee rates with different interactive projects and a Seabee guest.

Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War

The U.S. Navy Seabee Museum will honor and recognize Vietnam Veterans for their service to the Nation and Navy on Friday, March 29, 2023 at noon. This event is part of the 13-year Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War. Dr. Lara Godbille will give a lecture on Lessons Learned by Seabees and Civil Engineer Corps in Vietnam.

The US Navy Seabee Museum is located at: 3201 S. Ventura Road, Naval Base Ventura County, Bldg 100, Port Hueneme, CA 93043. On the corner of Ventura Rd & Sunkist St. Located outside base fence line.
Museum hours are 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Saturday. Closed Sunday and all Federal holidays | Free Admission | Free Parking
