"Mr. Humphrey came to our home to fix the washer and clean the dryer vent. Upon his completion of the two, I found out he was certified to fix HVAC and plumbing as well. Our A/C was out. I asked him if he could fix that as well. He fixed our A/C for a very reasonable price which another HVAC company told us it was non-repairable and we needed a new unit. Now that it's warm our home is cool and our washer and dryer is working efficiently. Thanks Mr. Humphrey for taking the chaos out of our life. "I have had the pleasure of Greg Freedmanâ s help at my own home, plus seen his work at a couple other properties. Our upstairs bathroom sustained water damage from kids splashing water out of the tub over the years. Greg quickly assessed the situation, removed the toilet and sub-flooring to beef up the joists and laid down new sub-flooring and new floor boards. I observed his focused style. He listened to my description of the floor problem and promptly determined what needed to be done and what materials were required. He worked quickly and finished leaving a clean work site. I have seen some of his skills displayed at two other homes where he removed a tree from the yard, painted the interior and exterior of a couple houses, put new tile in a couple bathrooms, and replaced cabinets in a large kitchen. "We noticed our heat pump electric furnace was running in emergency heat and called a different local company to come check it out. The service guy quoted us $1300 to replace the fan and capacitor. He also tried to talk us into buying a complete new system for over 7k. We heard about Dantec LLC from a friend and decided to give him a call for a second opinion. He came out the same day to evaluate and repaired our unit for less then half of what we originally quote. Itâ s hard to find an honest and reliable company now a days but we found it with Dantec. He repaired our furnace quickly and didnâ t try to talk us into something we didnâ t need. Highly recommend."
