We’re so grateful to the fabulous team at Miabella Expert Tree Service for their outstanding work in removing our 60-foot Italian Stone Pine tree last week. This was an enormous, complicated job, and the work conditions were quite difficult. The project manager, Manuel, not only gave us an extremely reasonable price, but he also provided exceptional service from start to finish. Of all the certified arborists we contacted, he was the only one who followed up on our needs and timetable. When our insurance company threatened to cancel our homeowners’ policy if we didn’t remove the tree immediately, Manuel graciously changed the work dates several times to accommodate this. His team was amazing! They drove from San Jose to San Francisco in the pouring rain and were willing to do the job between Christmas and New Year’s. Miabella got the job done impeccably in less time and with fewer men than other arborists had proposed. The quality of their work was superb! The foreman, Francisco, was excellent. Our tree was massive, with heavy limbs sprawling well beyond our small yard into three neighboring yards. We were amazed to watch the team quickly and accurately dismantle the tree, without damaging a single fence, window, or anything else. The Miabella team expertly choreographed each move with precision, skill, and speed. Perhaps the biggest challenge was getting the large, heavy pieces of tree debris to fit through a very tight easement and doorway, half the size of a normal doorframe. They were able to manage this with a resourceful “can do” attitude and great efficiency. At the end of each day, the Miabella team left the work site immaculate. The stump removal crew had to maneuver a large machine through our yard and there was a bit of damage to our yard. Because of that I'd rate the stump removal crew as a B. Started on time and was done before 2PM. trees removed and cut into sections so Green Waste pickup can clear them out. New trees planted with berm to hold water. Recommended bags on Amazon to hold water and slow soak roots, so watering only needs to be done 2x/week rather than daily to get 40 gallons/tree/week. One of the trees removed was a thick palm with all house utilities around it, and partly overlapping sidewalk. Removed safely without bothering utilities

His crew came out the following day, removed the tree, and cleaned up completely. They took care to protect a valuable nearby plant. They charged $200. to remove the tree. Bartlett subcontracted the stump grinding to Stump King, who arrived as rescheduled after the rains and removed the stump. They charged $140. for this service,which was paid to Bartlett. I definitely would use Bartlett again

Had a tree on the side of the house that needed removing. Also had some shrubs to be removed. They cut down all items promptly (for $350.00). However, they did not remove the roots of the shrubs, that was an extra $100.00. The crew members did not have the right equipment to dig out the roots. I had to lend them my shovels. The tree roots were removed later, but I had to call them to remind them to do it. The person who performed this did a good job. He was aware of the irrigation pipe near the root and was able to remove the root without damage. Perhaps there was some misunderstanding in the contract. The contract specified that the tree stump was to be ground out, the shrubs were to be removed
