I have called to the customer service, and the sales lady helped me to choose the turf that I needed. She sent me few color samples to my home, and I chose the one that I liked. I have called her back, and she placed the order with the store that is close to my home. They delivered it the next day as I requested. Also, she recommended me few landscapes that are specialized in installing turf, and I chose one of them that did a wonderful job. It is six months after the installation and the tuft look Amazing, like brand new. The quality is excellent the turf that I chose is very soft that my girls can play out without shoes Now I can save water by having turf and have a beautiful back yard all year round. I am thinking of buying now turf for the front yard as well

The Crew arrived daily and worked continuously for six to seven hour per day, allowing for breaks and lunch. Some of the work they did was very good and some was very bad. The yard cleanup was done pretty well. I would describe the sod work as a "D". Their timeliness was unreliable and the quality of the sod was substandard. The quality of lying the sod was only average. I would not use them again for sod. They didn't show up when they said they would. I felt that some of the time I was lied to. They were originally a sod company and expanded into the nursery business. I could understand if they had problems with the nursery part but the problem was with the sod. They were too expensive for the sod work; they were overpriced. I would not use them again. The quality of the plants were good but the sod was bad. It was a very unpleasant experience

I love my artificial turf. I was replacing a backyard full of lava rocks, and didn't want to put in grass (with the water and maintenance needs), but wanted the look. Heavenly Greens gave me an estimate on the entire yard, but when I went with another landscaping company to do the overall job, they willingly worked with my landscaper to do the turf portion. The quality of the material is excellent. My neighbor has had it for three years with dogs living on it, and it still looks great, so I expect it to last a long time. It looks natural, feels great, and requires no care except for blowing off the leaves occasionally. My neighbor's dog visited and "inaugurated" it, and the mess cleaned up perfectly with a hose. The installers did a great job, with a curved layou that is very attractive

He listened to ideas we had for the front yard (dry creek, little hillocks with drought resistant plants, walkway and retaining wall) and back yard (lawn with flat area where it had been a slight hill).
