I called for an apt and got a window of 10-1. Otto showed up promptly at 10, which was great because I didn't have to wait around all day. He was pretty honest about the machine costing more to repair with the bearing plus the labor. I was better off buying a new washer. Originally, I had called Sears because the washer is a Kenmore, but they couldn't come out till 7 days later! YIKES! I called Bay Appliance Tuesday morning and they were able to come out the next day. Awesome. I would use them again if any other appliance acts up
