"Arron happened to be at my house to do an estimate for a toilet repair. It included repairing the floor, replacing pipes and insulation of a new toilet. While we were in the basement checking the floor under the toilet we discovered that my sump pump didn't drain the rain water from the day before since we have a leaking issue there. After I restarted the pump and it started to drain it had a blockage and began to back up into my kitchen sink. Water was everywhere. It was a huge mess. Aaron didn't bat an eye he told me what he was going to do to repair both situations easing my high anxiety. He helped to clean up the water in the kitchen with a shop vac (mopping would have taken me forever). Gave me an estimate with a discount since I am a veteran and my mother is a senior, which he didn't have to do. Rescheduled his next appointment and went to pick up all the parts necessary for both repairs. He worked miracles and finished both jobs in record timing. I am forever grateful that he was here when all insanity broke loose. I would recommend him and his partner to anyone that needed a job well done. He is truly a great plumber and I am getting ready to have him come in to do my bathroom sink next."
