I was impressed by his presentation, his professionalism and the thing that really sold me was the lifetime guarantee. I had done my homework on this company before contacting them but he really sealed the deal! It will be at least six more weeks before they can come out, but it will be done before our Michigan winter kicks into high gear and I am confident that the roof being installed is the highest quality material being installed by professionals."

"Shane Hughes came out to give me a bid on my driveway that was sinking and cracking. He was very thorough in his explanation of the company and what work would be done to fix my driveway. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The driveway now looks perfect! We first had them do new windows and siding, working with us on the design, then hired them to remodel a bathroom. LOVE the bathroom -great coordination of colors and materials. "I didn’t think I could ever trust a plumber, but these guys went above and beyond with honest advice and recommendations based on what was best for us and not trying to sell the most expensive option like we have had with other companies. Our main line backed up and they were able to clear it and show me the camera footage of a clean pipe. Previously we had Roto Rooter come out and do the same thing and they quoted us $10,000 and that the main sewer line needed to be replaced. Chris’ plumbing said the line was fine and they didn’t see any issues other than the blockage they cleared. I am very thankful for the honest diagnosis, timely solution and great customer service! AND they came out the following morning at 9am when I called at 5pm the day before! Highly recommend and will not be calling any other plumbing companies other than this one!"
