"We recently had the pleasure of working with Bay Area Builders Guild on our bathroom remodeling project and could not be happier with the results. The house was purchased in 1964 and still had the original master bathroom so the remodeling project was quite extensive, required a complete demolition for a reconfiguration in the layout to include a walk-in shower and a pocket door. The work involved new framing, walls, flooring, plumbing, and electrical. Then the cosmetic work was completed including laying walk-in shower and floor tile, installing lighting, ceiling fan, plumbing fixtures, and painting. From start to finish Genaro and his team were exceptional. They were always professional, on time, easy to work with and left the work areas neat/clean each day. Throughout the remodel, the team always paid close attention to detail, kept us informed of the progress and addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. The quality of work provided by Bay Area Builders Guild was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. We are proud to show off our new bathroom to family and friends and would definitely recommend Bay Area Builders Guild for any remodeling/construction projects."

"After getting a quote for more than 7K for work by another plumbing company, I joined Home Advisor and got referrals for plumbers. JASCO plumbing did a great job, and identified a low cost but important fix to prevent an improperly sealed toilet from creating water damage under the bathroom tile. He did the work that had been proposed by the other (non HomeAdvisor) company, plus fixed the toilet and cleared a slow drain in my bathroom. At less than half the cost proposed by the other guy. And he was done in 1 day. He was also on time and gave a written quote by email. I highly recommend Jasco!"

"Brad was responsive, on time, and communicated professionally and respectfully. He cleaned the gutters, installed gutter guards/filters, and repaired one sagging gutter to restore water flow. He understood the project details, executed the tasks as agreed upon, and reported his observations and any issues discovered. He was transparent with what is and isn't within his skill set/expertise, which is very much appreciated. His rates for labor and materials were very reasonable.
