The technician was Brendan, who was great! He arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us detailed options, along with his recommendation, as well as fair estimates for those options. We went with his recommendation, and although he didn't have the needed part on his truck, he quickly secured one from the supply house. Upon his return, he completed the work and resolved the problem in a timely manner.
