San Antonio is the hard water capital I believe and Roger arranged for my shower knob cartridge to be replaced to stop the leaking. His plumber came to my home, was on time, was professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He started his work, came in and explained that it was not just the handle cartridge that required replaced, but also the entire shower value unit because of hard water damage. "Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."

This involved removing walls and windows, building a new walk-in shower, installing a floating vanity, drywall repair, moving a toilet, adding an additional sink, electrical reconfiguration, and tile installation. Luis was great with helpful design ideas, and his crew was very skilled in their work. They arrived promptly every day, and the project was completed in the timeframe we initially discussed. The few issues we found after completion were resolved promptly. Luis was ALWAYS available and very responsive via text and phone.
