The hole began with a crack in the leather, then a tear in the backing underneath it. I had become accustomed to the chair in its thirty five years of use, and I did not want to part with it. I dropped it off at Mr. Worley's workshop based on the excellent rating he has on Angie's list. I was not disappointed. Mr. Scott Worley repaired the hole, reconditioned the entire surface of the leather chair, spiffed up the leather buttons which distinguish this lovely piece of furniture. The repair and the reconditioning has given the chair a like-new sheen. His service was cordial, the price fair, and the skilled work was completed on time

"Mike came out and provided an accurate estimate for the work to be performed. He measured each room with a laser. I had three quotes and Mike came out in the middle. My job was $970 for 3k square feet of carpet. I chose Mike for the work due to his lengthy experience in the business, but mostly because he said the job would take all day which told me he takes the time and does the job right. I have been looking for this kind of quality for a number of years. The two other quotes I had they told me the job would only take a few hours which is how long my carpets took to clean at my old house half the size. Mike did not disappoint. He took his time and did the job to the best of his ability like he was cleaning his own carpets and my carpets looked fantastic when he was done. He even wiped up the water on the hardwoods that would get wet when cleaning carpet near the hardwood. He did a good job moving and cleaning under the furniture and putting protectors down. He has a truck mounted steam cleaning system. I had him deodorize my basement and it smelled great. It didn't last long though. Mike also cleaned my sofa and was very thorough and spent a lot of time on it. It has not looked this good since the day we bought it. I am very pleased with the experience and workmanship.

"fabric $200, labor $400 removed 2 old fabrics and reupholstered arm chair. provided arm and head covers and even a little pillow. gave me leftover fabric. touched up wood trim. He came out with many, many samples and helped me select. It is beautiful now! Very happy with their work and price. My only wish is that care instructions had been included for the time to come when it needs to be cleaned. Waited about 10 days for them to pick up my chair, and then about 7 days for them to deliver it back to me all beautiful.

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!
