Leadership Comes From Within
For 25 years, IAC has fostered the kind of leaders who favor passion over pedigree, building a better world over building a better resume. Our Fellows program brings this philosophy to life by helping high achieving students from underserved and under-resourced communities become galvanizing forces in our society.
Our Mission
Our goal isn’t just to help our Fellows develop the skills required to succeed in future internships and workplaces. This immersive, multi-year, multi-business program is designed to engage the full person, alleviate financial hardship and reduce barriers to opportunity in the workplace.
Our Approach
This eight to ten-week summer program provides Fellows with the resources, education and experiences to excel not only in academics and career pursuits, but to build successful and satisfying lives. The primary elements of the program include: (1) paid internships at IAC’s brands, (2) $5,000 academic stipends at the end of the program, (3) educational and cultural field trips and speaking engagements, and (4) opportunities to build lasting relationships with senior leaders across the organization. Internships span departments and specialties, from software development to marketing. Once accepted into the program, Fellows are encouraged to participate in the program year-over-year – up to four years – rotating across IAC brands and internships. Upon graduation from the program, should a Fellow accept a full-time role at IAC or any of its brands, IAC will pay off their student debt in its entirety.
