To assist when closing move requests. I have extensive experience in participating in move requests and understand the policies, and have recently begun closing move requests more frequently; having this permission would streamline that process and reduce the need to post requests at WP:RMTR. (Extension request following previous request, which is set to expire soon) This permission has proved significantly useful for fixing non-trivial issues related to subpages such as the ones here, where having the ability to suppress redirects or pageswap and not force people to chase up CSD requests is helpful.
