      Comment: Our skylight is 30+ years old. It is a 2x4 feet over the bathroom. I want to have it replaced with a new one: Good insulating glass but no blinds or moveable. There are signs of leakage in attic from the past but think it hasn't leaked since the new roof 15 years ago. I found decent looking self-flashing Velux skylights averaging around $350 at Home depot or Lowes. I do not want to replace it myself.
