"I have worked with other pros for similar flooring projects. Alex was faster than other installations in the past, but the project took 5 days instead of 3. The presentation at the end was good in terms of lines being straight and flooring was sturdy. In the future I would caution that the clean-up took me two days. They cut the tile inside my home, which caused a ton of left over dust in our lungs. The left over grout was hard to clean off of the tile, we had to sweep, scrub and mop three times. Overall the experience was a B-, I guess you get what you pay for. I ended up paying $2.50 per square feet for tile installation. The demo, closet and baseboard reinstallation were separate additional fees."
